3 Miles Twice
It’s far too hot in Texas. Today it was about 103 degrees with a heat index of over 106 where I run. That explains why I am not running further than three miles each time.
Monday: 3 miles in 28ish minutes
Wednesday: 2.5 miles in 22:35.
