2 miles in 18:20 with Hank
Because it was only 74 degrees when I woke up, I decided that I’d do a short run with Hank. I’ll be going out for a hot evening 5K later. Hank needed to go slow and I didn’t mind. 9:10 miles for a pug isn’t too bad.
