This heat sucks (the life out of me)
Oh my god, running sucks right now. On Sunday I wasn’t able to make it to the trails until 11am, yet it was already in the 90s.
Due to the heat, I only ran 3 miles on Sunday. That was the same today. Both runs were embarrasingly slow….
