Muddy five
After a day of driving, I was ready to attack some trails. I met up with Phillip and ran 5 miles. It was muddy but fun.
On Thursday Omer up with a friend and ran a solid three mile run on the trails. The final 3/4 mile was done at sprint speed.
Sunday run
Seven miles today on trails. There was a fantastic thick fog and a small amount of moisture. I ran strong with plenty left at the end.
Reading Books
I’ve been reading The Perfect Mile by Neil Bascomb about Roger Bannister, John Landy and Wes Santee.
Back on the Trails
After moving, I had a bit of a delay in getting back on the trails. After work today, I was able to go out with the group and run about 4 miles. I started after the group (20 or so minutes), so I wasn’t able to catch up. That didn’t stop me from trying. Regardless, we all chatted and had a good time afterwards.
